use-cachecluster

Stop-SPDistributedCacheServiceInstance -Graceful
Remove-SPDistributedCacheServiceInstance
Add-SPDistributedCacheServiceInstance

Find All Caches:

Get-Cache

Set Cache Notifications:

Stop-CacheCluster
$f=Get-SPFarm
$id=$f.Id Set-CacheConfig -CacheName "DistributedDefaultCache_$id" -NotificationsEnabled $true
Start-CacheCluster
